• Scores have been enabled for "endless" modes. Scores from endless mode will count towards achievements.
  
• You can now toggle letter hints on/off without having to start a new game. This can be done through the in-game options menu (press esc during any game).
  
• The letters in all tiles are now bigger and easier to read.
  
• Mouse cursor has changed to fit with theme.

Fixed some long standing bugs:

• Fixed multiple instances where the given clues were incorrect when there were duplicate letters in either the submitted word or the word to crack. Now, the following will happen:
  
  If the submitted word has letters that occur more than once (e.g. FEET), and the word to crack only has it once (e.g. FEAT), then only one letter (the first occurrence) from the submitted word will be highlighted.
  
  This one is really frustrating, and I apologise for the instances where this would make you want to not play.
  
• When asked to 'press any key' between rounds, if a letter is pressed, it will not fall through to the next word's submission
  
• Fixed an instance where 5 letter words were counting towards 6 letter achievements

Resolution support for greater than 1080p has been added*

*I don't own a monitor with a resolution greater than 1080p, so I'm hoping this works. If it doesn't work, please let me know.

If it makes the game unplayable, you will be able to adjust your screen resolution back to normal in your save file. Here are the default resolution settings. You will find these under <Options>. Close the game, update the save with the below values, and then reload the game.

<ScreenHeight>512</ScreenHeight>
<ScreenWidth>1024</ScreenWidth>

Your save file will most likely be under ~\AppData\Roaming\WordCrack\Saves

• Casual game settings are now saved and reloaded

• Dark & light themes have a new look and feel.
  
• Font has been updated to improve readability.
  
• Colourblind mode updated to help with accessibility
  
• How to play has been polished.
  
• Various texts and buttons have had their font colour changed to improve readability.
  
• Fixed a bug where fullscreen mode wouldn't work when playing on a device with lower resolution than 1920x1080.
  
• Fixed a bug where users weren't directed to the game mode menu when selecting "New Game" from within a game.
  
• Fixed a bug where letter hints would overlap on certain resolutions.

Play against other players and see who can get the highest score out of 5 words. Guessing the word in fewer guesses nets you more points.

Guesses are time limited, so don't take too long!

Choose your word length and just get cracking those words. No time limits, no scores, just word after word after word.
