As i said in my feedback of the game, nothing really explain what it is. I only know that it goes up when you die, and when reaching certain amount, you have an icon and the jauge restart to a new level. But what it changes? Is there any modification to the game when you reach certain levels?...

Altho the game is quite difficulty by itself, it could be harder, like by adding more enemies on difficulties like hard, insane and so on
