The game is fun, but it quickly lost my interest because of game play issues.

1. The game is a memory hog! As my airport gets larger, everything slows down considerably, including my video streaming. Eventually the game becomes unplayable because it is so slow. (I have 96 GB of RAM)
2. The program is also glitchy. Every game I played crashed at least twice!
3. Movement of support vehicles and personnel is erratic and makes no sense. Vehicles too often don't go where they are assigned, sometimes because they are outside the game world.
4. The game doesn't support large airports. When I get more than 15 gates or so, I begin bleeding money and there is no way to arrest the decline. If I get to 40 gates, I lose money so quickly that I can't salvage the game.
5. Aircraft movement isn't realistic. I had airplanes literally run over other airplanes. Aircraft do not use the most available path when taxiing, especially when the taxiway contains multiple paths. (think large ramp areas between concourses). Wingspan doesn't matter at all. Wings can strike other objects with impunity.
6. Items on different levels cannot connect to each other. A check-in desk on the first floor can't connect to a baggage stand on the ground floor. This limits flexibility in designing airports.
7. You can't build multi-level parking structures above ground. This doesn't reflect how airports are built today.
8. The world is too small. But I suppose if you can't make money with larger airports, and the game slows to a crawl, that is ok.

I am glad I didn't invest more than paying for the basic game. I probably wouldn't buy this game knowing what I know now.

Anyone who likes management games this one in my opinion is great, it will be confusing at first but once you get the hang of it its very delightful and fun.

The tutorial was horrible, there was no help guide that was easily found, and you have to do things in a specific way in order to make money and progress. I gave up within the 2 hour window to get my money back. It might be good for some, I just didn't enjoy it at all.
