It's not really a "party" game, more like a streamer + chat type interaction. One person reads the story while everyone else kinda just sits around and waits for an event to happen where they can vote on a single option. The devs REALLY got carried away with the writing, it's like 95% reading and 5% strategy. I would only suggest this if you love visual novels and enjoy being a DM (D&D)

Very dissapointed this has no matchmaking. You can't play it solo.
Honestly it looks very fun, but can't say, because I can't actually play it.

How well does the game work with just 4 players?

I played this game for the first time with a large group and it was great having everyone show up in events and have conversations and such- but it also makes me worry that with a smaller group, there wouldn't be enough Nobles for that to happen very often, and with only 3 votes max, decisions wouldn't be very dynamic. Has anyone played with a small group and can attest as to how it goes?...
