Per the title, yesterday's Thai update has broken Achievements. I wiped my save data 3x and re-downloaded the game twice just to verify. Went to at least Chapter 3 and then beyond a couple times for testing. Upon downloading the previous build from July 2022, Achievements unlocked as expected. Edit: I see a "Reset Achievements" tab within Extras on the July 2022 build that is not present on the newest build....

I start the game from steam. Game just crashes when i reach to disclaimer part. Some times I manage to reach the main menu. Click options. Game goes to "not responding" and my computer freezes multiple seconds. Had to use task manager to force close the game. I verify the game files after every crash happened.
