Let’s get straight into it:

We’re at EVO Las Vegas from Aug 1st - 3rd!

EVO has officially started and Resistance is part of the indie area! If you’re in Vegas, come hang out with us! You’ll be able to play the latest build, snag some goodies and check out other amazing indie fighting games while you’re at it.

There will also be a Resistance 204X Tournament in the indie area today (Aug 1st) @6pm PDT! Come join!

New character reveal + exclusive playtest sign-up!

We have a new character coming to Resistance 204X! Anyone coming to EVO can already get a sneak peek at them, but even if you can’t attend, don’t fret:

We’re opening sign-ups for a special early playtest with the new character Sargon7! The playtest is planned to start around August 20th (we’ll confirm the exact date soon). This is your chance to help shape how the character plays with your feedback. We’re super excited to hear what you think!

Here’s how you can sign up and get your hands on a playtest key:

Go to the Resistance 204X Steam page
Scroll down to “Join the Resistance 204X Playtest”
Press the “Request Access” button
If it worked, you will receive small pop up saying that the request was successful
Stay excited, wishlist the game and keep an eye on your mails! ✌️

OP Move?

Don Graff's double lrft/right light/heavy (66L/66H) Goes through walls and when completed deletes pectoral pony tail. Sitting behind a wall and slamming the opponent with nairs and that op move if they so much as touch the ground may be broken. Devs, if you see this, play around with this move and tweak it as you see fit....

Today marks the start of the Games Forged in Germany showcase on Steam! We are happy that Resistance 204X can be a part of it!

Hey y’all, it’s Lola!

This summer is gonna be very busy and exciting for us and for you, so I wanted to announce a few exciting news in today’s newsletter:

Meet us at EVO Las Vegas from Aug 1st - Aug 3rd!

I am happy to finally be able to announce officially that Resistance 204X is part of the indie area at EVO Las Vegas. It’s been a few very busy weeks preparing so that everything goes smoothly. If any of you plan on going, make sure to come visit us and the other amazing indie devs who will also showcase their games there!

We will give you more info once August gets closer, but get ready for playing some great indie fighters and winning prizes. 👀 We're super grateful that Resistance 204X gets the chance to be part of the event!
