So after finishing The Coma 2B, I write this review with mixed feelings. Because of several reasons.
First of all: You want "The Coma" ? You'll get "The Coma". Nothing more, nothing less. Some new monsters and items, everything else we've seen before. Being the bridge between "The Coma: Recut" and "The Coma: Vicious Sisters" it's not bad at all. You run around, doing errands and quests while hoping not be chased and killed.

My personal pros:
- Graphics look amazing; the art style is just good.
- Riddles are'nt so hard, but not too easy either
- You'll find plenty of items helping you through "The Coma"
- You'll find enough saving points

My personal cons:
- The first chapter/act is just boring as hell (sorry)
- Sometimes you'll find yourself countered, without items and you just die because reasons
- The translation in english is a bit off. The german one was unplayable. Important parts of the dialouge were just special characters and the whole text didn't made any sense.
- The errands/quest can get a bit tiresome after a while
- The very last bit can get a bit nervewracking
- The Necroblade you find is just so useless, since it takes too long to be activated. I used it like three times...
- And I truly wished for a complete voice over... Gosh this would have been so amazing... But no...

Okay, so after all, this game misses the spark, the vibe and the flair from the previous ones, since it's lacking originality; new ideas to keep the player interested.
Someone in the comments said, that this game feels more like a DLC rather than a full game and I see where this is coming from.

I wanted to recommend this game, but truth be told I really didn't like it. Still, it's worth a shot depends on how much you favour the Coma series, could always buy it and refund in 2 hours, or just buy it during discount.
1) This game primarily serves to bridge the story between Coma and Coma 2, offering little new to the narrative itself. The main addition is a collection of lore found in the notes about the local area and its history, which, while intriguing, is easily forgotten.
2) Playing this game feels more like a chore than an engaging experience. It’s not so much a horror game as it is an action game focused on running and dodging. However, stamina drains quickly and regenerates slowly, which makes continuous evasion difficult. This is further complicated by traps that may respawn after being triggered, especially when you're being chased. Some enemies hit hard and move fast, so unless you're familiar with hiding spots, expect to die several times. Frequent saving is essential to avoid repeating tasks. While the game may be somewhat enjoyable in the first 2 hours, it quickly becomes frustrating. I found myself repeatedly putting it down, only pushing through to finish because of my enjoyment of the previous titles. I understand that the dev bumps up the difficulties to try to make the game more 'exciting' to play, which may works for some players, but for me I can only summaries in 1 phrase - "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game is annoying to play". I don't feel a sense of achievement when completing the game, only a breath of relief of not having to play the game again, kind of like the feeling when you finally done with all the house chores.
3) Quests and Puzzles – They are generally fine, though the first hostile area is essentially an hour-long fetch quest. It may be intended to help players familiarize themselves with the game mechanics, but after navigating the lengthy dialogue in the school area, being presented with yet another repetitive task makes the game feel tedious to play.
4) The Necro Blade, which sounds like a bad ass and important item of this game, has minimal lore and proves to be underwhelming in gameplay. It takes a long time to recharge and is mostly unnecessary, only becoming useful in the final segment of the game. Its main highlight is in cutscenes, making it a bit of a letdown overall.
5) Translation - Translation issue in some conversations and lore notes makes them confusing to read.
5) In summary, the game offers few new or exciting elements, both in terms of lore and gameplay. It mostly consists of repetitive tasks that ultimately lead to a goal already established in Coma 2.

10/10 I LOVE THE STORY OF IT! I NEED EITHER THE COMA 3 OR THE PREQUEL ON HOW GHOST VIGILANTES WAS MADE!!!!! PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!!
