It's baffling that I need to state the obvious but the forums are becoming painful to browse. If you can't afford it, just come back in a year for a sale. It's that simple. Or maybe, just maybe, buy fewer games and actually try finishing them? Instead of building a massive library of 1000+ Steam games you'll never finish or even launch at all....
