Who's the artist who created the art in the game?

Is it just me or have the jokes become less witty and more gross compared to the two prequels? Maybe I have just become a boring prude person since 4 Last Things first came out, but I thought I remembered more Python-ish, absurdist humour and witty cultural references where now there seems to be an abundance of feces, nudity and sex jokes....

I just love every aspect of them. The visuals of course, the humor, the font, the movement, just everything. And I just hope with all my heart that he'll make more games like these, or different (maybe with modern art who knows?). I just wanted to state that and appreciate these work of art that is this Game Tryptic. Just please tell me that it's not true that DotR was his last game :(((...
