Introducing Liar Dice canVERSEs first 2-5 player game!

Liar dice can be played by two or more players and consists of guessing how many dice, placed under cups, there are on the table showing a certain number. Players take it in turns with ever increasing 'bids' to guess the highest number of dice under the cups. If a player believes the last 'bid' was too high they can call them a ‘liar’. If they are correct and the previous player was a ‘liar’ then that player loses a dice. If the accuser was incorrect they lose a dice. The last player to still retain a single dice is the winner.

In canVERSE you place cards to make your 'bids', 'raise the stakes' or call a player a 'liar'. Whilst the dice are visible to you they are not visible to other players in the game.

Liar Dice (Online Multiplayer only)
2 to 5 players + spectators (best played with 3 to 5)
Flex your PFPs on the back of your cards
Flex your Collabs as a turn indicator
Auto Rolls for dice - also available for Backgammon
Change the starting stake for the first round to 1, 3 or 5

Backend Update

We’ve updated the backend to allow richer collabs. The first two are DappRadar and Edenhorde. DappRadar unlocks a checkers and chess set if you have at least one RADAR token. Whereas with Edenhorde, the tribe of the PFP you own, will be the tribe you get to play with in canVERSE.

Patch Notes - New Year Update

It’s time to welcome in 2023 with an update! We’ve been trying to master the ways of Hygge and making our environments as warm and welcoming as possible, even if it is to lose a game of Chess against our Discord members. We’ve got a lot planned this year so stay tuned, but for the meantime why not treat yourself to this update.

- Fixed issues with ‘cocked' dice in Backgammon
- Fixed dice shattering shader
- Adjusted dice audio
- Added doubling cube to Backgammon
- Added multipoint play to Backgammon
- Introduced win counter to Backgammon and Checkers
- Added reset animation between rounds where the pieces return to their starting positions
- Turned on lights in apartment for better lighting and warmer feel
- Refreshed menu backgrounds and loading images
- Added ‘concede’ to pause menu to allow you to concede a game
- Many other fixes and improvements

I've played for 10 min (rest is afk time). I did not enjoy it one bit, difficult to see the right pieces, controls are terrible and it lags even with the best pc. Not that much to do in this game anyways.
