I assumed that if you went out of the green you'd fall either immediately or after a timeout, but even after trying to fall off it doesn't seem like it's possible. What am I missing?

I think more platformers need to do this. Thank you to the developer, I love it a lot.

Firstly, great game. I like it so far. Secondly, I liked the food level but hate the Red and Blue platforms. It would help if they had more of a visual que before they vanished, like a flash or a little physical looking beat. I know there's the music and the little timer UI, but it honestly didn't help and I couldn't really get a beat going to successfully jump from platform to platform and looking at the UI while also making precise jumps didn't really help either....
