as i turn them - they will not lock in place -- they just flip back to the original position

not far from the end, i can't open the big door. I put the 2 keys and press the red button but nothing happens...what did I miss ?

I know what to do with the pattern created by the boxes on the shelves but the door with the buttons will not work. When I hit a box to turn it brown it doesn't stay brown. Is this a glitch?

as i have rsi and arthritis im stuck where you have to shutdown by keeping red line in the green area as it gets smaller by clicking on left or right arrow,why do developers put this sort of thing in this sort of game,its like timed areas,doesnt help that i cant use mouse at same time as looking at the stream. Its really annoying as i finished prologue and chapters 1 and 2 and I hate not finishing a game...

Just grabbed all 4 games today and was having this problem with all 4, where the minute a cutscene video would start playing it would be a black screen with just a mouse cursor showing. When bringing up the task manager, it seemed the videos were running in the background but not displaying. Spent a good hour trying different things to fix it, and eventually I decided to just lower the resolution in Windows settings from 1920x1080, to anything less than that (I tried both 1600x900 and 1280x720).
