Is the game dead?

I saw this game years ago and forgot about it but now I wanted to give it a try and it doesn't show any records in warmup tracks, nor it saves my time records even between friends or in my country records tab. Is the game dead?

Can't load the game.

Whenever I open the game it says logging into steam, but it just stays in that screen forever.

It says track couldn't be created from file.

When i try do the license part it says "track couldn't be created from file". It does that on all 3 tracks. What should i do?

How to play

This game is the single most hard game ever. Dark souls is easier than this and You cant disagree.This game is so rageful that it is insane stressful to talk about.I have nightmares about the tires everyday.
