Is this bugged? I played through the game which naturally should bring me this achievement, but i don't. The other two Mercy Achievement are unlocked though.

I believe the red dot next to an optional mission means that there's an ultimate ability or special item that can be unlocked there (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). I've completed this one a few times, killing all the enemies, opening all the chests, and have uncovered the secret... Anyone figure out how to remove the red dot?...
