Compared to other games I play, this is a full workout.
I had the demo on Quest 2, so I could play outside in winter and that helped slow down the sweat, but on steam my computer can't let me play outside. If your like me, you will get sweaty, and have lots of fun. And after 3 hours I feel like I am only through a few levels.
This somehow gives me platformer feels that only Mario 64 gave me, but this is more immersive, realistic, and funnier, and since its exercise this is actually healthy to play
