I've finished the game and get all achievements except the 'Contamination'. I don't know what is missing. Is there anyone can help me?

I am not given the Harvest achievement when I solve the puzzle with the thumpers. Does anyone know how to get the Harvest achievement?

This is my second playthrough. In my first playthrough, I got no problem getting the battery form the vortex. But in my second (now current) playthrough, the button on top of the vortex doesn't work, the light above this button stays red it does not become green and the battery holder in the vortex doesn't open. I tried with and without 2 batteries in the batteryholders on the vortex. Because of this, I can't progress....

I completed the game a day or so ago. I noticed today that the last three achievements didn't register, so I went back through to grab them. (I'm guessing that could be related to me tabbing out to see what I was missing on the Thumper date puzzle.) I've played through this game twice and it still will not give me the last two achievements. Is there a way to get them? Thanks!
