Problem starting the game.

When start the game it locks with a white screen. The game folder has a text file of BadGraphics.txt. With the content: gfx\Game\03_Guatemala\Location_01_07\Leaves03.jp2: Error: <unknown>. Error occured in TGBitmap.LoadJp2 [UGBitmap, line 216] gfx\UI\GameMenuWindow\SamanthaStoneSm.jp2: Error: <unknown>. Error occured in TGBitmap.LoadJp2 [UGBitmap, line 216] Reinstall did not help. Os is Win10. Anyone with similar issue? Thx... ACE ...

dont buy this game

bought this for my fiance, its filled with game breaking bugs that cause you to have to start over from scratch just to break again and start over. items at the end of the puzzles dont trigger the sequences to move onto the next puzzle and the game just sits there forever waiting for you to complete the puzzle you already completed....

Game says it's a trial and that my 60 minute limit is up

Bought the pack with both Samantha Swift games today and it's acting like an expired demo. I've never downloaded the demo for either of these games. I've done the following without any luck: Deleted and reinstalled Verified cache Deleted clientregistry.blob Moved a copy of the steam.dll file to the game folder Is there anything else I can do before I have to contact steam support?...
