Looking for help with secrets

At this point I've done quite a few of the secret parts (and I'm willing to help out if anyone wants any) but at the moment I'm stuck on a few parts, so any help would be appreciated. First, the pictures on the wall near the overseers terminal. Two of them are from AnoMalice, and the other two show how to access the fetus path in two of the levels, both of which seem to give a hint on other secrets as well . Hi! Does anyone know how to solve the key puzzle where you have to activate skulls under three windows and the one where you are in a dark room with strange sounds in the background? I have no clue for both!

I'm afraid my game suffered a permanent game breaking bug

After I defeated the final boss of the "moon" levels, the bullet hell boss that is, I found myself in a red room with two giant skulls and a strange monster feeding another monster. I could do absolutely nothing, I couldn't interact with anything, so I quit to the sanctuary, and when I tried to play the boss battle again, I found the entrance closed (with a new key symbol above it), and a new locked "mouth" door in the middle of the path now disclosed to the right. Need help on "empty" key rooms

One is near the 5th level, there is a man who says something about not ignoring language, which I figure might be related to the murmuring voices you can hear in the room, but I can't figure it out. The other one is the secret key room hidden in a wall. There is a guy who says "please make it stop!" but I can't find anyways to help. There's another secret wall outside that says "I'm either too lucky or too curious" and that "I will find unpleasant surprises." Can ...

Walking through the main hub, there are several moments that when you look down you can see the smile dude. Anyhow, I couldn't find a way to interact with him. SUCH a cool game that I can't stop thinking about. A game that makes me realize how much I LOVE seeing people express themselves in the ways they best can. The kind of game that's the pure essence of it's creator. The kind of game you can only get from one specific persons wonderfully weird mind. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love this game and idk if I've even dug as deep into it as I possibly could. But I keep coming back, starting from the beginning just to see it all again. To revel in all the spooky, occult, hellish, icky, sticky, imagery. I'm gonna replay the game now after posting this actually cuz talking about it makes me wanna look at it again
