Currently the lag is so bad I gave up rather fast. The art work is beautiful, has great potential as I truly love this type of building game. I have tried for 3 times to play the Prologue and none of those times I was able to get the citizens to build anything. I did buy and unloaded the resources and I did assign citizens toi Masonry. I even tried to plot other and various buildings and still nothing. At this point I can not see an option to get Migrants and the game does not progress at all.
