Hey everyone, really had a blast with the game, and played it a second time to get all missing achievements. However, I'm still missing two (Pulp! Mister Mystery and Pulp! The Vault of Horror), because I'm missing the No. 17 Occult Card. I saw an user comment on a guide that this card is easy-difficulty specific for mission 3-1, but whether I start the mission in easy or normal mode, I just get the four utopias and nothing more. Does someone has any advice how to get this card? Thanks in advance. :)...

No matter my resolution, fullscreen/not, etc, the windows cursor appears overtop the normal cursor at the top ~20% of the screen. Is there any fixes for this?
