I got 100% on everything + I got 801 chips but I still dont get the 2 achivements for getting 100%

keep getting launching evowave..... then nothing. no missing sys dll files, file integrity good, clear download cache??? Am I already in the game..... 0o ? Help?

I found 99% items on level 1, so after finishing the game I came back to find one last note that I didn't find before. And you know what? I'm not gonna finish it! This is NOT GOOD, that I see outlines of ALL collectibles on their places. Like "hey, it was there! You don't have to pick it up again, BUT YOU WILL SEE IT FOREVER!" I just... HOW I supposed to look for note I haven't pick up, while I see everything I've already picked up? I mean... You really think It's easy to find one "true" collectible fro...

I've somehow bugged out getting the achievements for completing all quests in all three levels and the one about getting all the chips. It might have something to do with saving and quitting the level since I did do that once before the problem arose. Love the game regardless, definitely worth a price tag....
