npc's act and look similair to Boneworks and there's even boneworks guns in it, was this game a "Lite" version of boneworks?

Its been over 2 months since last update.. Where have the developers gone?

I put on my vr headset,and open the game,when suddenly a window pops up,with the icon of the game and an exclamation sign with it,then,it starts to load,it stops working and crashes,anyone can help me?
