This was super cute. It had about a 3 hr runtime when my buddy and I played at a relaxed pace. Second chill runtime was about half that (1.5 hrs ish) since we knew what to expect.
(It says I played a lot longer in Steam but that's because my friend and I were catching up on our life stuff while the game just sat open lol. It really was only about 4.5hrs total ish between both playthroughs.)

It wasn't terribly difficult, so if you're looking for a really challenging puzzle experience, you may be disappointed with this one. But if you're just looking for a fun moment of connection with someone you like via some teamwork challenges and cute story line, this will do it! Cheaper and more convenient than an escape room experience!

Content note (CN) for being a creepy, grotesque (some mild cartoon gore- mostly in the form of body horror) mystery with some jump scare moments. Also for a very brief racist moment with a "voodoo doll" theme.

Connected with an old friend playing this game and we had a great time going "wait, what's it going to... ohhh" and "ahhh, it's doing something...!" It's a cool little story with neat puzzles. The gameplay isn't too demanding and provides a lot of that fuzzy, rewarding feeling you get when a friend helps you figure something out for the first time.

It's also a neat trick that you don't even need a functioning internet connection to play with someone! The game's progression is controlled by the puzzle inputs you get from the other person, so you're effectively just on the phone with them and trading information back and forth to solve the puzzle you each have in front of you. There's two starting positions and you can switch positions after playing through once in order to see the other perspective, but also with different solutions to the puzzles. The time I've played (probably closer to 4 hours, since we spent a lot of time talking in between playing) is split between two playthroughs. We had a lot of fun!

Good puzzles and the simple method of connecting the two players is to be respected in and of itself.
