Doesnt load while trying to leave the general store

So, yep. What the title says. Here I was playing happy like I haven't in a long time, until I found my first boss...Loading screens. Just atrocious, but in a way, very reminiscent of Dracula: Resurrection... Cant play the game. At all. Wont refund it because I really liked it, but please, please, check this loading times....

Watermill

Can't find the watermill to get wood...help please. Also is there an oil lamp anywhere? I am still using the candle.....I also need the find the key to the church basement area. Been wandering around forever....thank you...

[Problème de progression] Impossible d'obtenir un objet pour poursuivre

D'abord, merci aux développeurs car j'adore l'atmosphère de ce jeu. Ensuite, je suis bloquée juste après la séquence dans l'auberge : J'ai trouvé la clé sous le piano puis le journal dans la cave. Mais quand je suis montée revoir Prudhomme au magasin général, la porte était ouverte et il s'était pendu. J'ai pu obtenir la clé de la remise, mais je n'ai donc pas reçu la clé de l'office postal où je suis supposée récupérer une lettre pour la maman de Robertine. ...
