How do you get this game out of full screen

Or does only the host need the game

The order the game does seems a bit strange, with 4 people, it would let first player draw, then when the second player draws, it goes back to player where only he can draw pretty much making it go backs to him every other turn and there doesn't seem to be a way to change how that works. This is a copy and paste but I'm trying to find answers or maybe some explanation on how this works....
