How do you reset your progress so that you start back at Level 1?

I just bought and played through Dreamcage Escape, which this dev made 5 years ago - achievements to this day do not work. Some may find it sad but when I'm choosing what to play I do tend to prioritise those with achievements, and wouldn't have bought the first game had I known they were broken. Can you change the mouse setting so that it is not inverted?

There seem to be no in-game language settings and the German translation is ... okay but not great. I'd like to switch to English but don't know how.
