is the world scale in this game like how it was in Tokyo chronos (everything else being massive and you just floating there)?

as the title said, i found the character here much more interesting / well design than tokyo chronos so i was wondering what i will miss if i jump right to this, or is it highly recomendded to play tokyo chronos first?
