Forget about Arkham Trilogy
Gotham Knights is quite a different adventure, set in a separate Universe. Bear this in mind and do not expect x-combo, sophisticated take-downs or dodges. Instead, simple "shoot until it dies" rule applies to all mobs and bosses.

Even collectibles (4 types) lie in plain sight and do not require any brain activity or hidden mechanics to reach.

4 is Better?
It makes sense to try all four Knights. Although differences are minimal e.g. 1st can walk through cameras w/o detection, 2nd shoots with lethal precision, 3rd has firm butt and I honestly do not remember what Robin could do.

Plus, there's so many outfits for each character! These unlock by levelling up, picking up loot and completing side quests.
Most of them look extra sassy, goofy or plain hilarious. Imagine fighting criminals in a robotic armour or blindfolds?
Moreover - the gear can be enhanced by elemental damage - fire, cryo, knockout, electric and toxic.

Gotham Lives
The best part of this game - criminal activity. I sank a lot of hours just defending poor citizens, here's why.
Gotham Knights offers an infinite loop (resets when a player visits a safe zone), where each night brings new robberies, attacks, hostages rescue missions, hideouts and more-more! You can grab certain NPCs and beat the crap and clues out of them for other commencing crimes. Some of them can get stupidly challenging - high level mobs dodge your grabs, multiple cross fire trajectories prevent from reaching an objective and then thick special units spam massive area of damage slams. Wonderful!

Money Worth Fun
Greatly enjoyed this game. Story is a bit short and uses known villains, but customizable outfits and gear, plus basic (read - arcade) combat makes this journey well pleasant.

I rarely write reviews, but for ♥♥♥♥ sake, this game is SUCH a downgrade compared to batman games, combat doesn't feel good, traversal is bad, speed is bad, even the vehicle feel slow.
It's not "horrible" per se, but the moment you decide to compare it to any arkham game it just feels like a turd.
