I've literally laughed out loud playing this! As someone who loves playing video games, but isn't very good at them, I've had a lot of fun with this one. The bosses are a challenge but not in a way where I feel overwhelmed and lose all enjoyment. The 'everyday' game play is engaging with how much of the city there is to explore and the desire to make money to decorate the hideouts keeps me interested after the final chapter. I know this is an the first game for Usual Suspects but I think they did an amazing job! I just wish the game was longer; I enjoyed the story line and side missions and just want more! I'm really hoping they release DLCs or recurring side missions some sort of 'season' add-ons in the future.

Pros:
-Just fun!
-Enjoyable for all levels of gamers
-Funny charters and dialog
-Large map with lots of nooks and crannies
-Not too challenging in a way that keeps every level fun

Cons:
-Still has a bug or two that can make moments frustrating
-Not long enough; would love to see more chapters and story arks
-The drones..... the physics/dynamics of the drones is super annoying and difficult

I rarely write reviews but have always loved this genre, and with the death of Volition and Saints Row, it's nice to see more devs approaching a game like this.

The game is just long enough to feel like a worth-while experience without getting too stale, although I can see how grinding to obtain some of the mission requirements can get old for some. The story took a bit to grow on me but I really started enjoying the characters after a few hours. The humor/writing is great at points while falling flat at others- but it doesn't take itself too seriously and knows what it is. Imagine an E10 or Teen rated game from your childhood and they've pretty much hit that mark exactly.

The world is huge, you can enter pretty much every shop or interior seamlessly, and there's tons of stuff to do throughout your time on the main quest. I received this as a gift but would've gladly paid full price to support a great game from a first-time studio.
