I found it pretty fun for a while. I always want to like these puzzle based games more than I do. The other reviews noting how confining it is compared to other city builders are true. It can be frustrating how the puzzle nature forces you or at the least encourages you to prioritize pure efficiency. Despite that I still found it charming and fun for about 20 hours. I don't appreciate that the info panels mid-game show statistics for things only found in the paid DLC.

Aside from the fact that the ambience in the city is of people always speaking spanish even in cities not themed in lat america, its a fun game. Alot of diverse options for building a city too.

I like it a lot. It's a chill and an extremely easy to learn game. If you're obsessed with things having to fit, this is the game for you.

At first I thought I'd prefer a more realistic game like Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic.
And after all, I really do: I want a more realistic City Building & Economy game. There's also Cities: Skylines, but you need DLCs to fully experience the game (or so I know).

In Urbek once you start a road, a car roams around randomly. There is no highway or anything else to justify the city getting populated.

But then again, it's a very, very simplistic city building game and it rewards you with newer infrastructure to build as you progress.

Overall it's actually satisfying and gives you the necessary mood to fall asleep.
