The combat often feels tedious because of the slow and impersistent primary weapon. Most of the time I have to wait until the weapon is fully loaded or fire very slowly which is so annoying. I suggest to make the primary weapon fire and reload a lot faster and increase its magazine size but decrease it's damage slightly, and then strength the enemies if the game gets too easy. This will make the combat more fun, every single aircrafts in the world use fast-firing machineguns in dogfight....

Hi, just finished a run in your game. I downloaded a couple of demos, and this is the only one that gives me the desire to come back to play again (besides Haven and Webbed). I'm really enjoying the game so far, it has taken me many, many runs but I have barely just beat the final boss with the simple Burrl ship. However, there's a few things I'm having issues with, maybe someone has some advice: Is it just me, or are the majority of weapons completely useless? Same with ship abilities and items? The runs I tend to have difficulty with are ones where I ditch the regular single laser, machine gun, or ion splitter, and try to use something like a flamethrower, acid belcher, rain...

Keep running out, ending runs quicker than before. I know I can still fire the weapons, but at the reduced rate that increase armor loss. In earlier system I'd go back to all planets and mop up any missed loot, but now I'm burning trough almost all 200 on 1st system just mining the asteroids and fighting the few enemies there. The occasional 25 dropped ammo doesn't help much as a single defense of a planet require more than that and its randomly divided between 4 types. The mopping up after a defense also ...

I know we're all still learning the game, but so far, what are everyone's favorite weapons? I've been very happy so far that lots of weapons feel really "overpowered" (even though I've yet to beat more than 3 systems in one go). Apologies, I'm not confident about these names yet. The "Explosive Scrambler" (a shotgun blast of explosive munitions) has seemed very nice, though it burns through ammo quickly. It's got high DPS, is decent at mining when you have several rocks in one area, and is great at taking...
