This game is praised a lot and on sale it gets extremely heavily discounted, but...

+ Nice aesthetics
+ Town has more depth than expected with it's characters (although for some reason, every lady is into you instantly)


* Combat is bare-bones but serviceable


- Puzzle rooms often have a bunch of extra barrels and whatnot you don't even need, so they feel sloppily made
- Certain items break puzzles entirely
- You can hit objects used in puzzles from an angle that more or less let's you cheese them often
- Bosses are extremely easy with either static patterns or, comically so, some even take themselves out without much of your input
- There is no quest log that I could find
- Fetch quests (used as satire, but still not great)
- NPCs move around a lot due to day/night cycle, which makes finding certain ones more frustrating if you forgot the name of an NPC. There is no way to check a list of people, either, so you have to wander around a lot
- Feels like, with the way saving works, it would be very easy to get locked out of romance option accidentally


You can obtain it extremely cheap on sale but there are far better games in this genre, this one doesn't feel that polished, sorry to say.
