I don't know why but the angel in my game is in black, wears a headband with devil horns, and has a long tail with the halo hanging on the end. Anyone else have this happen and know why?

So, does anyone know how to get the bridge over to the fourth lair? I burned down all the bushes and all my buildings to get level 2 buildings. My pop is capped at 364. Cleared out the other three monster lairs and all available quests, now nothings. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?...
