hello, this game was nice. will there be no update?

So this is one of those games that have this issue. The character is slow to turn and slow to get going. It feels like I'm trying to move something heavy around. This is a problem, because it causes motion sickness. If I give the order to turn or move in a different direction, my brain expects the character to do so. If there is a delay before the action starts happening, it results in motion sickness. Is this supposed to make it feel more realistic? We don't have this in real life. People don't usually ...

My daughter fell off her first world while running around and now the map only shows the alchemist's grotto? I'm really close to just returning this game because I'm really frustrated with the control labels for keyboard/mouse. WTF does "up" even mean??? It's a keyboard! There is no "up" button! There is W (which doesn't work), there is up arrow (which doesn't work), there is mouse scroll wheel (which doesn't work), there is PgUp (which doesn't work). Is this game always this frustrating?...
