Can anyone of you tell me what is wrong with players not being able to stay alive for 5 mins, but then proceed and take grims?

Been hearing them in a few maps lately. Personally, I don't like them at all but a few dialogue says that Rannick has ordered the Rejects to do their bidding. Do you think this is Rannicks way to get chummy with the higher-ups to usurp Grendyll? It is odd how a few times Zola states she gets her authority directly from Grendyll and not from Rannick and she outwardly disobeys Rannick a few times. Also, a few dialogues in the Ship state that Zola is the closest to becoming the next Inquisitor. Your thought...

I know people leaving mid game has been a problem for a while, and I never really cared about it. Until now. I feel like ever since the penance update, the two title penances "Untouchable Operative: Complete 10 consecutive Auric missions without dying." and "Auric Storm Survivor: Complete 5 consecutive Auric Maelstrom missions without dying." more and more people are just straight up leaving the game as soon as they go down. I mean, I know that sounds harsh. . . and I can tell a lot of work goes into modeling and texturing the cosmetics. . . But. . . given how many amazing outfits and uniforms 40k has, why does everything look like garbage 'Hive Scum?' Are the 40k licencing fees too high, or is Fat Shark actively choosing to only make garbage looking clothing? : / Where's an Adeptus Arbites? Mordian Iron Guard? Vostroyan Firtborns? Or heck. . . do recognisable Necromunda Gangs if you absolutely must do 'Hive Scum'...
