Anyone else having trouble with microstutters in this game? For me they tend to really become noticeable after roughly 45 minutes I'd estimate. I noticed too that it's not just graphical, for example, Vinyl's hair will "bounce" around to catch up to where she's moved during the microstutter. Once they start, they happen roughly once per second and I have no clue what's causing them. Unfortunately happens whether VSync is enabled or disabled. As someone who has 100 percent completed Jet Set Radio (which will be delisted soon, along with many other Segs classics) on Dreamcast and twice on PC... This doesn't look like Jet Set Radio 3 made twenty years later. Looks like they made the game look crappier than they had to, went out of their way, for pointless nostalgia.
