I'm really enjoying this fantastic game but have reached a point where I cannot progress. It's where you are given a written list of several items and soon after that a composite picture of those items is revealed. I've checked one of the walk-through videos and in their version, all the items needed are right there to be added to the outline picture in the right order but I only have one item. After reading note from box and seeing 6 items I collected and doing the arrows up, left, down then left right right and clicking red button none of the 6 items appear on the board. I have tried several times to get them but get nothing to show up. Is this a glitch in the game and I cannot advance; Ideas?? Thanks...

I missed quite a few achievements the first time I played and I really like the game so wanted to have another go. I couldn't find anywhere to start a new game except to delete all the game data (even that button took some finding). I restarted the game but I can no longer pick up the photos I found the first time I played so I still can't achieve 100%. Is this a glitch?...

this sounds silly but after clicking every button I could find I still could not turn it off and I needed to close my comp down. So please how do I do that without having to turn my computer off in a way that is not good for it :(
