I know they increase the number of customers somehow but there is not any visual indication of how effective the marketing is from what I can see. Same with the traffic index. So with the traffic index, I can see that 50 is far better than lower numbers because my store's profits are higher than the same store type and size with a lower traffic index. This game is good but honestly we really need to improve the comfort of play. Here is what is very painful for me: 1/ The new material needs of employees who are complaining. The idea is good but in a company with a lot of people you should at least be able to see the names of the workers by placing the cursor on them.
