Any way to get this working? not sure what else I can try.

I was playing earlier and marginal FPS. I just restarted the sim and at lowest graphics setting in a decent gaming computer I could only get 12 fps... seemed like something was not quite right ? Any ideas on how to get a playable FPS in here. I have no trouble getting decent FPS on some of the shooter games out there like Arma3 for example. Thanks....
