I'd give this a meh if I can, but I cannot recommend it due to poor game design. There are too many superior titles in this genre to play this.

Lets say you have someone assigned to ranching and any other task. Animal troughs hold 300 food. If the animal eats 1 single food, you will stop the second task and go fill the one food slot. Just within Ranching, if you have a meat trough and a veggie one for different animals.... which ever one is closer, if it is eaten out of, you will continually fill that feeder one food at a time, until it is full and no one is eating, before you will go fill the second feeder. Your dude will spend all working hours just loading the same feeder.

With building if you need 1000 wood, and 1 wood is found, your builder will stop what they are doing, go grab the one wood, complete .1% of the build, and then go back to his other task.

If you send your guy hunting and it takes a few hours to get there... he will then realize he needs to eat... walk back to the village... eat and then walk back to hunting only to realize its time to sleep.

There needs to be more variables to setup in crafting menus. There is no way to prioritize older items versus newer items. In a stockpile you cannot individually select gear. So if you have 10 chest plates, and one is almost broken, you have no way to get it out of the pile. You can either disassemble the stack or wait for one of your people to eventually equip.

Things have a "craft until" option, which counts only stockpile items. You change gear seasonally, so if you set your pants "until 5", and you have 5 crafted, once the season changes and your people put them on it counts as if you have 0. There needs to be way more options on what material choices to make based on inventory, and all the things other titles of this genre do.

There needs to be the characters own priority list, and things should be able to be moved around it. This is so frustrating.

There is a character that will die 3 years in no matter what you do. I took the "cannot fail at surgery" person, and there is no prompts, chance at healing, or anything like that.

Visually stunning but you can't polish a turd. Mechanics and game play is frustrating and quickly becomes repetitive ans shallow.
