Ich bin plötzlich in einer Gegend aufgetaucht wo außer Häusern nicht viel war. Plötzlich hörten die Schienen auf. Warum ist das so?

Does anybody have a solution for this problem: I have started my first tour and have found out how to use the wheelchair ramp. As soon as the wheelchair leaves the train, I cannot close the front door anymore. None of the buttons for door opening and release can fix this. Is this one of the (now eternal) bugs - or am I overlooking anything?...
