I want my money back

Hey all, I'm not invested in the game or have ever played it, but I came across it on Steam, and just can't understand this detail. "Notice: At the request of the publisher, Artifact Foundry is unlisted on the Steam store and will not appear in search." Developer: Valve Publisher: Valve Steam=Valve? So, did Valve request themselves, Valve, to be unlisted on Steam (Valve), their own game platform? Can someone enlightened me on this whole subject? Thank you kindly....

I just started playing this game, after I finish the first tutorial (Axe) card, the 2nd tutorial stays locked. is this some kind of a bug?
