This changes the gender selection continue/back buttons to be somewhat larger. Name entry screen has been changed and reduce a bit of flickering when starting the main story.

The problem with the odd DLC behaviour was actually down to DLC options in Steam (which shouldn't be selected now)

This update just makes sure everything is up-to-date

For some reason, current uploads aren't being recognised as being different from the previous upload (and strange things are happening in the DLC sections).

This will be fixed as soon as possible.

Turns out it was the DLC download option being active (on my computer), when it shouldn't have been
