I started the game and I can not find out how to play it, I can not find any instructions. Not sure what you are suppose to do. What is the goal? What is it you are suppose to try and do? Really lost here, Using a HTC Vive.

The update I received on Feb 27 broke it for the HTC Vive, I try to launch it and end up in empty place void of anything other than the ground and sky

I tried both virtual desktop and Oculus link but it seems like the rotation angle of the hands are off in compared to my hands IRL. Also the locomotion controls I can't seem to change, I thought I remember there was an option to turn off teleport so can smooth locomotion and also turn off snap turn, but I am not seeing that option?...

It is working now for the HTC Vive after that update but now there is a splash screen in the room that says take your phone, Where is the Phone? I uploaded a screen shot here about it. I looked everywhere for a phone and could not find one. A little lost now. Please look at the screen shots for this game....
