Not as deep as Sim City - but with good amount of humor. Also you can dream about vacation on tropic island with rum and sigare - you will never get in real life.

How many uninspired sequels will this company make? Is Kalypso Entertainment trying to out-do Sharknado movies? Incidentally, there's 6 of them, and 6 of this game. Never seen Sharknado but it might be more entertaining than these sequelitis-syndrome games.

Don't get me wrong, it's nice to make a banana republic. It's a nice city building sim.

I can't get over the caricatures of some of the NPCs you meet. One of them I can't get Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez out of my head because she looks exactly like one of the hyper-exaggerated people you'll meet. Meaning, nightmare fuel. With exception of the city-building element, I ignore the NPCs. They don't do anything for me except bring an awful stereotype element. But then again, there's Europeans and Americans rendered as being hyper-exaggerated and stereotype, too, so stereotyping is 100% equal opportunity here.

But if you've played like the other 5 games called Tropico, they're more or less the same with differing types of "improvements". This game ain't no Emmy or Oscar awards, though.

Game by design is not allow you to play the game. They want to make it so that you have second job. This Game sucks.
