Crush Zone: Demolition Derby's demo is now available on both macOS🍏 and Linux / SteamOS 🐧 systems too!

While macOS makes up approximately 1.3% of the Steam player base and Linux (including SteamOS) stands at around 1.92%, this still translates to a combined audience of about 1.23 million players out of Steam’s estimated 33.8 million users.

We recognize the growing importance of these platforms and are thrilled to cater to this emerging and niche community of passionate gamers. Whether you're revving your engines on macOS 🏎️ or tearing up the derby on Linux 🚗💨, we want to ensure that Crush Zone delivers the same exhilarating experience across all systems!

Plans are already in motion to expand Crush Zone beyond PC, so stay tuned for even more exciting news on the horizon. 🎮🚀 In the meantime, get behind the wheel and make sure to wishlist and follow for all the latest updates!

In our latest demo for the Steam Planes, Trains, and Automobiles Fest, which includes some exciting new content, we’ve already spotted and patched a few bugs within the first day. Here’s what we fixed!

🔧 Bug Fixes:

• Fixed collisions on back weapons for:
  - Stinger
  - Spike Strips
  - Oil Slick
  
• Fixed an issue where the slip effect wasn’t being applied. Drive carefully! 🚗💨
  
• Fixed a bug where players continued to be attacked by the Power Saw even after it should have stopped.

Steam's Planes, Trains, and Automobiles Fest 2024! This festival celebrates all things vehicles—whether they have wheels, wings, or anything in between. Running from September 16 at 10:00 AM PDT to September 23 at 10:00 AM PDT, the event highlights a variety of vehicle-based games, including Crush Zone: Demolition Derby.

Even better, Crush Zone will release an updated demo for the event. Which includes some exciting new in-game features! Now’s your chance to dive into the chaos with fresh content and experience their signature high-octane, arcade-style vehicular combat at its finest.

With weapons and vehicles galore from which to choose, your goal is to ram, slam, and wham your opposition with everything you have. Send other drivers careering into deadly hazards or each other, drop traps behind you and launch death in front, and rack up points before they do the same to you.
