I've set the movie file name and the subtitle file name to be the same, but the subtitles don't show when playing. How can I fix this?

Today I noticed a playback issue with 8K 10 bit videos on my Q3. The video is stuttering and choppy and the audio is out of sync. It only happens on videos encoded in 10 bit depth, 8 bit works perfectly fine. And it is happening on videos from different studios as well and I'm not sure why as I don't remember this happening before. I am using Pico4 and the demo version of HearSphere. When I run HearSphere, all I see is a gray blank screen.

Just did a fresh install of HereSphere on my Quest 3 (so I assume I have the latest version as of 5.20.25), and the dang virtual keyboard always pops up in the extreme upper left corner of my view, and half of it is chopped off. I don't see any way to grab/drag it to the center of the screen. Any idea what's causing this? *the numpad menu is also positioned at the extreme top edge of the screen, with the top chopped off....
