iv been to the 2nd area and sunken city iv been back in the first area to find some enemies but there is nothing here besides a few random small dog type enemies i surf around for 20 40 minutes i interact with anvil i fast travel still nothing spawns its like the spawn trigger gets disabled after you kill an enemy group too many times ( like 5 times ) not sure if bug or just wild design decisions ...

I just started playing and after 3 hours I am already contemplating giving up. It was fairly easy up to the shell basher. Hello, is it possible to fix the camera issue where, even with a straight frametime graph and a steady 144 fps (or 120 if locked at 120 for that matter), the camera, when moving it, feels like its moving at 60 fps? It is incredibly distracting and will cause me to refund if it is not fixable. Ive seen quite a few threads on steam on this issue.
