Hi, I have not been able to find online matches is this game pretty much dead?

I really had my hopes up for this game to become a good game someday. I mean, if the devs truly cared to take the suggestions suggested by the people in the discussion forum seriously and worked on the game persistently and improved it accordingly, then the game would have definitely evolved into a really good game.
