Hello... Are they going to be added anytime soon?

it seems like option to find sgt bilko in tavern in evening is not showing up and i got the memories or bar lady and their is no dating her options and cant move on to finishing the game

i have tried to get this event done on evenings and it says come later in evening and its done on last part of evening before you turn in and its on hard mode
